| 摘 要： | 目的 观察缬沙坦加苯那普利对慢性心力衰竭患者在血流动力学方面的影响。方法 将慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为:甲组(予缬沙坦)11例。乙组(予苯那普利)14例,丙组(予缬沙坦加苯那普利)10例以及丁组(做对照)15例。各级服药4周,比较治疗前后收缩压、舒张压、肺楔压、在心房压和心排出量的变化。结果 甲组、乙组、丙组和丁组在肺楔压、右心房压和心排出量方面有显著性差异(P<0.01);丙组与甲组、乙组在收缩压、舒张压、肺楔压、右心房压和心排出量方面均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 缬沙坦加苯那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭患者可改善血流动力学指数,并有较好的依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effects of valsartan combined with benazepril on haemodynamic parameter in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 50 consecutive patients with chronic heart failure were divided randomly into 4 groups; valsartan group 11 cases, benazepril group 14 cases, valsartan and benazepril group 10 cases and control group 15 cases. After treatment for 4 weeks, the change of SBP, DBF, PWP, RAP and cardiac output (CO) were compared among the groups. Results The PWP, RAP, CX) improved significantly than that in control group. Conclusion The results showed that valsartan combined with benazepril administrated to the patients with chronic heart failure had beneficial haemodynamic effects and it could be tolerated well by the paitients. |
