| 摘 要： | 本文报告159例胸腰段脊柱骨折手术内固定的治疗结果,经6个月～12年的随访。均有不同程度的畸形矫正及神经功能恢复,其中以椎弓根螺钉与Kaneda器械内固定者畸形矫正及神经功能恢复明显优于其它内固定物。文中对棘突钢板、Harrington器械、Luque内固定器、椎弓根螺钉以及Kaneda内固定器械优缺点以及适应证作了讨论。

| Abstract: | The treated results of internal fixation in 159 cases of thoraco-lumbar spine fracture were reported. The follow-up of 6 months to 12 years showed that deformity were corrected and nervous function recovered in different degree among all cases.Internal fixation with pedicle screws and Kaneda apparatus were obviously better in recovery of patients than others.The characteristics and indications of spinal process plates,pedicle screw,internal fixture of Harrington,Luque and'Kaneda were discussed. |
