| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨防止初发性翼状胬肉切除后复发的手术方法。方法：使用0．04％丝裂霉素C结膜下贴敷5分钟，再用100ml生理盐水冲洗。结果：23例25眼术后仅1眼复发，均无巩膜结膜溃疡发生。结论：该手术可能是效果较好的翼状胬肉切除术。

| Abstract: | Objective An approach to certain operation for preventing recurrence after the incipient pterygium excision. Methods Apply with 0.04 % Mitomycin C to stick gauze on subconjunctiva 5 minute following dilution with 0.9% NaCl solution 100 ml.Results 23 cases 25 eyes operation neither recurrence nor sclera or conjunctive ulcer happened.Conclusions This procedure may turn into better pterygium excision operation. |
