喉显微手术中高频喷射通气应用及血气分析

摘    要:采用声门下高频喷射通气行喉显微手术共55例,此法操作简便,患者安静,肌松满意,手术显露清楚。对麻醉及手术短暂患者,苏醒迅速,为了解高频喷射通气时的血气分析变化,随机对15例血气分析,均呈现不同程度的pH降低,PaCO2上升,PaO2高。

Abstract:High-frequency ventilation blowing into glottis was applied in the laryngeal microsurgery. The medthod wassimple. The relaxation of muscle and the field of exposure for operation were satisfactory.The recovery of the consciousnessof the patients from anesthesia was rapid.In hemogasometric analysis of 15 patients selected at random,the results showeddecrease in pH,increase in PaCO2 and PaO2.Inspite of oxygen inspiration for only short duration,CO2 and acidosis were re-markly increased.The cause of the acidosis were analysised and discussed in the paper.
