| 摘 要： | 目的探讨测定外周血T细胞亚群CD4+CD25+-Tregs对肿瘤患者的临床意义。方法应用流式细胞仪检测45例消化道肿瘤患者外周血中CD4+、CD4+CD25+及CD4+CD25highT细胞的比例。结果肿瘤患者与同龄的健康对照者比较CD4+比例无变化,但CD4+CD25+及CD4+CD25highT细胞的比例明显升高。结论CD4+CD25+-Tregs在消化道肿瘤患者外周血中比例升高,提示其可能是癌症患者细胞免疫功能削弱的机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the proportion of CD_4~+CD_(25)~+-Tregs and its significance in peripheral blood of the patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Methods The peripheral blood was collected from 45 patients with gastrointestinal cancer.The population of CD_4~+ ?CD_4~+CD_(25) and CD_4~+CD_(25)~(high)T was measured by flow cytometry.Results The proportion of CD_4~+T cells between the patients with tumor and the healthy group of the same age were not significant different,but the percentage of CD_4~+CD_(25) and CD_4~+CD_(25)~(high)T cells in patients with tumor were significantly higher than that of the healthy group.Conclusion The proportion of CD_4~+CD_(25)~+-Tregs in peripheral blood of the patients with gastrointestinal cancer is significantly higher than that in healthy group of the same age,which may be one of mechanisms of the impaired immune function in patients with tumor. |
