军队基层医务人员心理健康调查及分析

目的：研究军队基层医务人员的心理健康状况及相关因素，为心理卫生工作提供科学依据。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和包括生活事件在内的一般资料调查问卷，对军队基层267名医务人员进行测试。结果：军队基层医务人员总均分、阳性项目数和各因子分均非常显著低于军人常模（P〈0．001）；军队基层医务人员躯体化、人际关系敏感、敌对性3个因子和总均分非常显著低于中国常模（P〈0．001）；军队基层医务人员心理卫生水平与负性生活事件呈非常显著正相关（P〈0．001）；男性、海军、未婚、初级职称者的SCL-90总均分显著高于对比组，而在年龄、专业、教育程度上没有显著差异。结论：军队基层医务人员心理卫生水平总体较好；产生心理问题可能主要因为工作压力大、不适应工作环境和自身发展受限等原因。

Psychological Health and Its Related Factors in Medical Staff of Military Grass Roots

Objective：To investigate the status of mental health and its related factors in medical staff of military grass roots. Methods： SCL - 90 and a questionnaire included questions about life events were used to evaluate 267 medical staff of military grass roots. Results： （ 1 ） The total mean scores , number of positive items , all factorial scores in medical staff were significantly lower than those in military norm（P 〈0.001 ）. （2）The total mean score and the scores of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity and hostility in medical staff were significantly lower than those in national norm（ P 〈0.001 ）. （3）Significant positive correlation was shown between the scores of SCL -90 and negative cvents（P 〈0. 001 ）. （4）The total mean scores of male, navy, unmarried and primary professional title staff were significantly higher than contrast groups. No differences in psychological health level of age, profession, educational level were found. Conclusion： The psychological health of medical staff in military grass roots is well in general; and the main causes of the psychological problem may be severe work stress , adapt to work environment badly and the limitation of self development etc.
