| 摘 要： | 目的：评价螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)判断肿瘤侵犯纵隔血管的准确性。方法：对28例术前诊断有血管受累的纵隔及肺部肿瘤病人行螺旋CT横断增强检查，进行曲面重建及多平面重建．并经工作站将数据分析后，将病例分为两组分析肿瘤与血管的关系，并以手术结果为标准，对比增强横断面CT和CTA图像，判断肿瘤侵犯血管准确性的差并。结果：CTA判断血管与肿瘤关系的正确率高于横断面CT(0.01＜P＜0．025)。结论：螺旋CT血管造影是一种无创检查纵隔血管受累情况的可靠方法，在临床诊断中可起到重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of spiral CT angiography(CTA)in judging mediastinum vascular involvement from tumor.Methods:Spiral CT contrast was done in 28 patients who were diagnosed preoperatively as having lung or mediastinum tumor involved vessels.Date transferred to and performed post-process in workstation.Then the relation between tumor and vessels was assessed on both axial CT and CTA images on four grades.At surgery and pathology,the relation was analyzed on four grades too.Results:Compared with axial CT images,CTA was more accurate in judging the relation between mediastinum vascular and tumor.And the correlation of CTA imaging features with surgical findings was much better(0.01
