辛伐他汀与多烯康治疗高胆固醇血症的比较

目的：比较辛伐他汀与多烯康降血脂的疗效。方法：血胆固醇（ＴＣ）浓度≥５．８５ ｍｍｏｌ．Ｌ－１者６０例，随机分为２组：辛伐他汀组３０例，男性１４例，女性 １６例；年龄 ６３ ａ± ｓ １２ ａ。用辛伐他汀 ５ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ。多烯康组３０例，男性１４例，女性１６例，年龄 ６３ ａ± １１ａ。用多烯康胶囊 ３粒， ｐｏ， ｔｉｄ。２组疗程均为 １ｍｏ。结果：辛伐他汀治疗后血ＴＣ，ＬＤＬ－Ｃ浓度明显降低，ＨＤＬ－Ｃ浓度升高差别有非常显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＴＧ则下降不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。多烯康治疗后，仅血ＴＣ下降有非常显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。组间比较，血ＴＣ，ＬＤＬ－Ｃ浓度的下降差别有非常显著意义（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论：辛伐他汀疗效优于多烯康。

Simvastatin vs Duoxikang in treating hypercholesteromia

AIM: To compare the curative effect of simvastatin contrast with Duoxikang. METHODS: There were 60 patients whose plasma cholesterol was >=5. 85 mmol. L- 1. Patients were divided into 2 groups by random. Thirty patients (M 14, F 16, age 63 a -s 12 a) in treatment group of were treated 5 mg, to, qd by simvastatin. Thirty patients (M 14, F 16, age 63 a - 11 a) in control group were treated # 3 po tid by Duoxikang. Both with a course of treatment for 1 mo. RESULTS: The level of plasma TC and LDL-C was decreased obviousely and the level Of HDL-C was elevated after treatment by simvastatin (P < 0. 01 ). But the lowering of TG after treatment was not obvious (P < 0. 05). The level of TC was decreased only after treatment by Duoxikang (P < 0. 01 ). CONCLUSION: The curative effect Of simvastatin is superior to that of Duoxikang.
