p27基因在喉鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨喉鳞癌p27基因表达水平及其临床意义.方法用原位杂交方法检测49例喉鳞癌、19例声带息肉、12例癌旁增生组织及8例非典型增生组织中p27的表达.结果喉鳞癌组织p27阳性表达率12.24%(6/49),声带息肉63.16%(12/19),癌旁增生组织33.33%(4/12),非典型增生组织25.00%(2/8),喉鳞癌组织p27mRNA表达显著低于其他各组(P＜0.05),与临床分期有显著相关性(P＜0.05).结论喉鳞癌组织中存在p27基因的低表达,与喉癌临床分期显著相关.

An investigation on the expression of p27 gene in the tissues of laryngeal carcinoma and Its clinical implications

Objective To investigate the expression of P27 gene in the tissues of laryngeal carcinoma and its clinical implications. Methods Included in this study were 49 samples of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC) , 19 samples of vocal cord polyp, 12 samples of paracancer-ous tissue and 8 samples of atypical hyperplasia tissue. The expression of P27 mRNA in these samples were determined by in situhybridization procedures. Results The positive rate of P27 mRNA expression was 12.24% ( 6149 ) in LSCC, 63. 16% ( 12/19 ) in the polyp of vocal cord, 33.33%(4/12)in the paracancerous tissues,and 25.00(2/8)in the atypical hyperplasia tissues, with a significant correslation of p27 expression with the clinical staging of LSCC (P<0.05). Conclusions The expression of p27 is down-regulated in LSCC and its expression is closely related with the staging of this lesion.
