超声微探头对食管隆起性病变的诊断价值

目的 阐明内镜超声微探头诊断食管隆起性病变的可行性。方法 122例食管隆起性病变患者均经超声微探头检查，其中，61例行胃镜下高频电刀切除或活检进行病理组织学检查，并与超声所见进行对比分析。结果 在超声诊断的122例食管隆起性病变中，食管息肉见于6例，黏膜下肿瘤84例，食管癌19例，食管静脉曲张5例，食管孤立性静脉瘤3例，食管外压性改变6例。61例高频电切除或活检进行病理组织学检查，诊断符合率96．7％。结论超声微探头不仅可对食管隆起性病变的起源作出准确判断，并可依据回声推断其病理性质（良性或恶性）。

Feasibility of miniature ultrasonic probe for diagnosing the protrusive lesions of esophagus

Objective To elucidate the feasibility of miniature ultrasonic probe(MUP)for diagnosing the protrusive lesions of esophagus(PLE).Methods A hundred and twenty-two patients with PLE underwent the examinations of MUP,of them,61 cases received the focal resection by high-frequency electronic knife or biopsy under gastroscope and then histopathologic examinations.The MUP findings in 61 cases were compared with intraoperative and histopathologic findings .Reasults Among 122 patients with PLE diagnosed by MUP,esophageal polyps were found in 6 cases,submucosal tumors in 84,esophageal cancer in 19,esophageal varices in 5,solitary phlebangioma in 3,and esophageal protrusions induced by exogeneous pressure in 5.In 61 patients who received focal resection and biopsy,the corresponding rate between MUP and histopathology for diagnosing PLE was 96.7 %.Conclution MUP can not only accurately undrerstand the histologic resource of PLE also can identify its nature(benign or malignant)based on MUP echo feature.
