| 摘 要： | 对３２例不能切除的原发性肝癌行微波周边固化联合肝动脉栓塞化疗，结果表明：本组所有病例的肿瘤术后均有不同程度的缩小，其中２例获得二期切除。术后病理检查无残存癌细胞。１ａ生存率６０％．２ａ生存率５０％，近期疗效满意。此疗法杀灭癌细胞较彻底，是不能切除肝癌一种有效的治疗方法．

| Abstract: | From Jannuary 1991 to July1993, 32 P8tients with unresectable liver cancerwere treated by hepatic arterial embolizationcombined with miCrowave coagulation.The resultS showed that one year survival rate was60% and two years survival rate was co%.Two patients gained a chance of surgical resection in stage 2 after this therapy. Pathologic examination of the resected tumor specimens revealed complete necrosis of the tumor mass without viable tumor cells. Then this,therapy forpatients with unresectable liver cancer is very effective. |
