| 摘 要： | 目的研究高龄髋部骨折手术治疗的特点。方法回顾52例高龄(80岁以上)髋部骨折的手术选择及术前、术后的注意事项。结果除3例患者疗效欠佳外,其余取得较好效果。结论高龄髋部骨折患者,应慎重、认真对待,手术治疗可取得较好的结果,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the characteristics of senile hip joint fracture.Methods The operative selection and announcements before and after operation of 52 cases of such patient(age more than 80) were analyzed retrospectively.Results All cases had gained better results except 3 cases.Conclusion The operative treatment with graveness and discretion for such patient might be gained better results to improve the quality. |
