艾灸督脉组穴治疗轻度认知功能障碍疗效观察

目的根据神经心理学量表，观察艾灸督脉穴位治疗轻度认知功能障碍的疗效。方法通过神经心理学量表评定，将符合轻度认知功能障碍诊断的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组采用艾灸治疗，对照组采用药物治疗。两组均在治疗前后进行神经心理学量表评定，并进行治疗前后及两组间对比。结果神经心理学量表MMSE、MoCA与ADL评分，两组治疗后均高于同组治疗前（P〈0．05），治疗组MMSE、MoCA与ADL积分改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论艾灸督脉组穴对改善轻度认知功能障碍患者的认知功能有独特优势，是一种有效的治疗方法。

Observations on the Efficacy of Moxibustion on Du Meridian Points in Treating Mild Cognitive Impairment

Objective To assess the efficacy of moxibustion on Du meridian points in treating mild cognitive impairment using neuropsychological scales. Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment using neuropsychological scales were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received moxibustion and the control group, medication. Evaluation was made using neuropsychological scales in both groups after treatment. A comparison was made between pretreatment and posttreatment and between the two groups. Results Neuropsychological scales-MMSE and MoCA scores and the ADL score were higher after treatment than before in both groups （P〈0.05）. The MMSE, MoCA and ADL scores improved more in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion on Du meridian points has a special advantage in improving cognitive function in patients with mild cognitive impairment. It is an effective treatment.
