槐树不同部位中芦丁含量的比较

目的比较槐树不同部位中的芦丁含量,为扩大芦丁资源、综合利用提供依据。方法按2005年版《中国药典》一部的方法测定槐花的不同部位中芦丁的含量。结果同一时期采收的槐树不同部位的含量依次为：槐米37.50%,槐花23.50%,槐幼果15.50%,槐花梗7.80%,槐叶2.86%,槐果皮2.59%,槐枝0.15%。结论除槐米和槐花外,槐树的幼果和花梗也可考虑作提取芦丁的原料。

Comparative study on rutin content in different parts of locust tree

OBJECTIVE To measure rutin content in different parts of locust tree and provide reference for comprehensive utilization of locust tree. METHODS Determined by using Pharmacopeia. RESULTS Rutin contents of different parts of locust tree collected contemporarily were 37.50 % in flos sophorae, 23.50 % in flower, 15.50% in young fruit, 7.80% in pedicel, 2.86% in locust tree leaf, 2.59% in pericarp, 0.15% in locust tree branch separately. CONCLUSIONS Young fruit and pedicel of locust tree can also be considered as material to extract rutin besides flos sophorae and flower of locust tree.
