| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年患者心脏手术后腹部手术围手术期的外科治疗及管理经验。方法:回顾性分析15例老年患者心脏手术后腹部手术的临床资料。结果:患者麻醉效果满意,术中血流动力学维持较稳定,安全度过手术麻醉期。无围手术期心肌梗死及其他严重术后并发症,心功能恢复顺利,痊愈出院。结论:老年心脏病患者充分的术前准备,选择合适的麻醉方法,加强麻醉管理和维持心肌氧供需平衡,是降低手术风险的重要措施。
