| 摘 要： | 目的探讨口服补锌对轮状病毒肠炎患儿末梢血锌水平的变化。方法收集52例6个月～2岁健康儿童(健康组)手指末梢血,测定血锌水平,将其作为本地区该年龄段儿童血锌正常值。随机将82例轮状病毒肠炎患儿分为治疗组42例,对照组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服葡萄糖酸锌片20 mg/d,连续治疗14 d。检测治疗前、治疗后手指末梢血血锌水平。结果轮状病毒肠炎患儿末梢血锌水平明显低于本地区同龄健康儿童,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后与健康组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(95%vs 78%,P<0.01)。结论轮状病毒肠炎患儿末梢血锌水平明显降低,加用锌剂可提高轮状病毒肠炎患儿的血锌水平。 |
