| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清胆红素及尿酸水平与老年心血管疾病的关系。方法选择经冠脉造影证实的老年冠心病患者203例,同期选择经过冠脉造影排除老年非冠心病者69例。冠心病组根据冠脉造影结果分为单支病变组(65例)、双支病变组(68例)和多支病变组(70)3个亚组,检测血尿酸和胆红素。结果单因素方差分析显示,血清尿酸、总胆红素、间接胆红素在各组间的分布均具有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论血清胆红素降低和尿酸增高与老年冠心病的严重程度相关,对评估冠心病患者的预后和疗效有一定的价值。
