| 摘 要： | 目的观察进展性脑梗死(PIS)患者血清D-二聚体、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化并探讨其临床意义。方法根据临床特征,将182例急性脑梗死患者分为进展组和非进展组,分别检测其血清D-二聚体、hs-CRP水平,并与30例非脑血管病患者(对照组)比较。结果脑梗死组血清D-二聚体、hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组(P均<0.01);进展组患者血清D-二聚体、hs-CRP水平显著高于非进展组(P均<0.01)。结论检测血清D-二聚体、hs-CRP水平有助于PIS的早期诊断。
