| 摘 要： | 目的观察四磨汤联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)的疗效。方法将DGP患者随机分为2组,对照组32例单纯给予促动力药莫沙必利口服,5 mg/次,3次/d;观察组36例患者在对照组基础上加服四磨汤口服液20 mL,3次/d。观察2组治疗前及治疗4周后胃排空时间及血糖水平,并用视觉模拟法(VAS)对DGP症状进行评分。结果治疗后观察组的胃排空时间明显短于对照组,血糖明显低于对照组,患者上腹部胀痛、早饱、恶心/呕吐、厌食、反酸/嗳气等症状的VAS评分均明显低于对照组。结论四磨汤联合莫沙必利治疗DGP疗效优于单纯使用莫沙必利,对治疗DGP本身及原发病糖尿病起到协同作用,可在临床上借鉴使用。
