多药耐药相关蛋白在人恶性黑色素瘤转移性淋巴结组织中的表达及临床意义研究

 目的 研究多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)在人恶性黑色素瘤转移性淋巴结组织中的表达及其与以顺铂、氮唏咪胺为主的联合化疗(删)疗效的关系.方法 免疫组织化学技术对石蜡包埋组织标本进行检测.结果 26例晚期恶性黑色素瘤患者转移性淋巴结组织中MRP表达阳性检出率为38.5%(10/26).MRP表达与PDBV化疗疗效无显著相关(P>0.05).结论 MRP在人恶性黑色素瘤转移性淋巴结组织中有一定程度表达,但人恶性黑色素瘤的多药耐药可能有其它重要因素参与.

Expression of MRP in metastatic lymph node tissues of malignant melanoma

Objective To investigate the expression of multidrug resistance associated protein(MRP) in metastatic lymph node tissues of malignant melanoma and to determine any association between such expression and response to chemotherapy with PDBV(DDP DTIC BCNU VCR)regimen. Methods 26 paraffin embeded metastatic lymph nodes of malignant melanoma were examined by using immunohistochemistry method. Results 10(38.5%) of 26 metastatic lymph nodes examined showed positive immunostaining for MRP.No association was found between MRP expression and response to chemotherapy. Conclusions Positive MRP is expressed in part of metastatic lymph nodes of malignant melanoma.Other factors may play an important role in multidrug resistance of malignant melanoma.
