EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白在胆管癌中的表达

 目的 了解EB病毒感染与胆管癌的发生发展是否有关及EB病毒(EBV)编码的潜伏膜蛋白(LMP-1)在胆管癌组织中的表达情况.方法 采用免疫组化技术,检测30例不同分化类型胆管癌组织和15例胆总管囊肿组织中EBV LMP-1的表达.结果 EBV LMP-1在胆管高、中、低分化癌中均有一定比例的阳性,低分化癌中的表达明显高于高、中分化癌的表达.高分化癌与中分化癌间的表达无明显差异,与对照组相比差异有显著意义(P<0.05).结论 胆管癌的发生发展与EBV感染有一定的相关性,且癌细胞的分化程度与LMP-1的差异相关.

Expression of lantent membrane protein-1 of Epstein-Barr virus in cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To study the expression of Epstein-Barr virus encoded latent membrane protein-l(LMP-1) produced in cholangiocarcinoma. Methods Thirty cases of cholangiocarcinoma with various extent of differentiation and 15 cases of congenital choledochocyst were studied on the expression of Epstein-Barr virus LMP-1 by immunohistochemistry. Results LMP-l products could be detected in well differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated cholangiocarcinoma in different proportions, the expression in poorly differentiated cholangiocarcinoma was higher than those in well and moderately differentiated cholangiocarcinomas. There was no significant difference between the well and moderately differentiated cholangiocarcinoma,but there was significant difference between cholangiocarcinoma group and normal control group (P<0.05). Conclusions A consistent association between Epstein-Barr virus infection and cholangiocarcinoma is confirmed. It is suggested that the expression of LMP-1 is related to the status of differentation in host cells.
