淋巴管阻断对大鼠睾丸生精上皮的影响

用外科手术的方法将正常成年ＳＤ大鼠双侧睾丸淋巴管阻断后，观察术后不同时间睾丸生精上皮的组织学变化。术后２天出现生精上皮的形态改变，生精细胞排列松散，部分精子细胞脱落，聚集在管腔部位。术后６天多数曲细精管的精子细胞全部脱落。假手术对照组，睾丸生精上皮具有正常的形态结构。

INFLUENCE OF TESTICULAR LYMPHATIC OBSTRUCTION ON RAT SPERMATOGENIC EPITHELIUM

The testicular lymphatic vessels of fifty adult SD rats were obstructed by cautery. The fifty rats were divided into five groups (each containing 10 rats) and were observed 2,6, 12, 24 and 48 days after the obstruction of bilateral testicular lymphatic vessels. Another 15 rats served as sham-operated controls. There were morphological alterations in the spermatogenic epithelium in the group 2 days after lymphatic vessels operation. The spermatogenic epithelium was loosely organized. Some spermatids were depleted and gathered together on the central area of the seminiferous tubules. All spermatids were depleted in the seminiferous tubules in the group 6 days after lymphatic vessels obstruction. Many tubules contained only sertoli cells and spermato-gonia in the groups 12, 24 and 48 days after lymphatic vessels obstruction. Testicular germinal epithelium showed normal structure in the sham-operated controls.
