| 摘 要： | 结合《军队医院会计核算管理办法》，根据固定资产管理规定及目标要求，依托信息化网络平台，从固定资产管理的实际情况及未来发展的角度出发，构建符合数字化医院建设的一体化、可视化、网络化固定资产管理管理系统。进一步强化监督机制，有效提高固定资产管理的效率、效能、效果。

| Abstract: | Combing with Administrative Measures of Accounting Check in Military Hospital and relying on informanization network platform, according to the management regulation and objective requirement related to fixed assets, it starts from the actual situation and future development of fixed assets management, and constructs the integrated and visual network management system of fixed assets in accord with hospital＇ s asserts management requirements. Besides, it strengthens the supervision mechanism, obstructs leaks, and effectively elevates the efficiency and effect of fixed assets management and utilization. |
