摘    要:本文采用高效液相色谱法测定FT-207及其分解产物5-Fu,对FT-207静脉脂肪乳剂的化学稳定性进行了研究。结果发现在各种pH值条件下FT-207的分解都属于一级反应,且分解速率较FT-207慢得多。FT-207在静脉脂肪乳剂中的分解活化能为118.6kJmol~(-1),有效期为147.8d.

Abstract:This article reports the chemical stability of FT-207 in intravenous fat emulsion. The concentration of FT-207 and its decomposition product 5-Fu was measured by HPLC method. It was found that the decomposition of FT-207 is a first order reaction at various pH values and the rate constant decreases with the increase of pH value. Decomposition rate of 5-Fu is much slower than that of FT-207. Activation energy and shelf life of FT-207 in fat emulsion are 118.96KJ/mol and 147.8 days, respectively.
