摘    要:目的:观察细胞粘附分子CD15在肝癌组织中的表达情况及肝脏良恶性病变的鉴别价值,方法:应用免疫组化SP法观察细胞粘附人子CD15在7例正常肝组织,13例肝硬变(5例伴轻-中度不典型增生)和49例肝细胞癌组织中的表达。结果:正常肝组织和肝硬变组织中均无CD15表达,仅肝癌组织中出现CD15阳性表达,阳性率为30.6%(15/49),CD15表达与患者性别,年龄,肝癌肉眼形态,组织分化程度无明显关系(

Abstract:Purpose To study the expression of the adhension molecule CD15 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and to estimate the value of its expression in differentiating between benign and malignant lesions of hepatocytes. Methods Expression of the adhesion molecule CD15 was studied with the immunohistochemistry technique (SP method) in 49 human hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs), 13 cases of hepatic cirrhosis with mild moderate dysplasia and 7 normal liver specimens. Results Thirty point six percent (15/49) of HCCs expressed CD15 which was not observed on noncancerous hepatocytes. There was a statistically significant difference between the CD15 positive and negative group in metastasis ( P< 0 05), but no difference in sex, age, gross appearance and differentiation ( P> 0 05). Conclusions These findings indicate that changes of CD15 expression may be a marker of malignant potential of hepatocytes and may help to evaluate prognosis of HCCs.
