摘    要:利用大鼠全肠外营养(TPN)模型,探讨表皮生长因子(EGF)对TPN支持后肠粘膜细胞表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达的影响。方法:48只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、常规TPN组及TPN-EGF组。实验持续14天,采用免疫组化结合计算机图象分析的方法,分别测定颌下腺内EGF含量以及小肠粘膜细胞中EGF和EGPR含量。结果:TPN及TPN-EGF组大鼠颌下腺内EGF含量均明显下降(P<0.01);TPN组小肠粘膜细胞中EGF、和EGFR含量显著下降(P<0.01),而TPN-EGF组则未减少(P<0.05)。结论:内源性EGF分泌减少是TPN肠粘膜屏障损伤的重要原因之一;EGF具有促进肠粘膜细胞EGFR表达的作用。

Abstract:To study the influence of EGF on the expression of EGFR in the intestinal cells of rats re-ceiving TPN. Methods: Forth-eight Sprague Dowley rats were randomly divided into control, TPN and TPN-EGF groups. The experimentation lasted for 14 days. EGF and EGFR were studied im-munohistochemically and quantitated by using the image processing and analysis system. Results: EGF content in the submaxillary gland was decreased(P<0.01) in both the TPN and the TPN-EGF groups. TPN induced a marked reduction in the EGF content of intestinal cells(P<0.01), but the EGF content of the intestinal cells remained unchanged(P<0.05) when EGF was administered along with TPN. The EGFR expression(P<0.01) in the intestinal mucosa, bore no significant difference between the TPN-EGF group and the control group. Conclusions: Reduction in endogenous EGF secretion is one of the most important causes leading to intestinal atrophy in TPN rats. EGF might enhance the expression of EGFR in the intes-tinal mucosa.
