| 摘 要： | 实验用尼氏染色法对11例胎儿22条舌神经内的神经细胞进行观察.共观察到神经细胞10382个,其中左侧8132个,右侧2250个,平均每个胎儿944个.神经细胞位于被膜下或神经纤维之间,成群或分散分布.神经细胞主要为多角形,并有一大而浅染、偏位的核,核内有一染色较深的核仁.神经细胞周围可见被囊细胞.本文同时对舌神经内神经细胞的性质及其来源和临床意义进行了初步探讨.

| Abstract: | Nissl's staining method was used to observe neurons in 22 lingual nerves of 11 fetuses.The total of 10382 nerve cells were found in them,of which 8132 were in the left lingual nerves and 2250 in the right ones,averaging 944 neurons in lingual nerves of each fetus.The nerve cells were situated either under epineuria or among nerve fibres and distributed either in a group or in a scattered form.The shape of the neurons was mainly multiangular,and a large,lightly stained eccentric nucleus with a deeply stained nucleolus in it was found.The cells were surrounded by capsule cells.This paper presents a preliminary study of the nature,embryonic origin and clinical significance of these neurons. |
