| 摘 要： | 采用单向免疫扩散法检测了经手术和病理证实的１７例结、直肠癌和１７例乳腺癌患者的血清免疫抑制酸性蛋白水平。结果，结、直肠癌和乳腺癌患者的血清ＩＡＰ水平明显高于对照组，高期结、直肠癌和乳腺癌患者的血清ＩＡＰ水平明显比低期患者的高。并发现这两种恶性肿瘤患者血清ＩＡＰ阳性率要高于其ＣＥＡ阳性率。结果显示，测定结、直肠癌和乳腺癌患者血清中ＩＡＰ水平可作为其辅助诊断、估计病情和预后一个指标。

| Abstract: | Serum the level was assayed by a sigle radial immunodiffusion methon in 17 patients whth breast cancer and 17 patiente with colonic and rectal cancer proved by operation pathology.Serum IAP Level in patients with breast cancer and colonic and rectal cancer was significantly higher than the controls(P<0.01), and tha in patients with the high stage breast cancer and colonic and rectal cancer was higher than low stage(P<0.05) .Meantime, the result also showed that positive rate of serum IAP level was higher than the positive rate of CEA (P<0.05) .The results indicated that serum IAP level might be used as an index in additional dignosis, evaluating grade and prognosis for the breast cancer and colonic and rectal cancer. |
