腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术412例临床分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜下进行子宫肌瘤别除的手术效果与手术技巧。方法 选择该院妇科1994年9月～2001年8月临床拟诊为子宫肌瘤行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的412例病例进行回顾性分析。结果 肌瘤中单个肌瘤285例，多发性肌瘤124例，术中发现子宫腺肌瘤2例，1例切除后冰冻切片发现为恶性，术后行剖腹手术治疗。全部手术采用镜下缝合止血技术，平均手术时间为45．6min，术后平均住院时间4．3d，无明显并发症。结论 腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术有一定的临床价值，对年轻、要求保留子宫的患者不失为好的手术方法。

412 cases clinical analysis of lapaorscopic myomectomy on uterine myoma

Objective: To investigate result and surgical technique of myomectomy under lapaorscopy. Methods: 412 cases diagnosised myoma in our gynecological department from September 1994 to August 2001 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There were 285 cases with single myoma, 124 cases with mutiple mytiple myoma. 2 cases were adenomyma. One case was found malignant by frozen section and was done by laparotomy. All cases were used suturing to hemostasis. The average operation time was 45.6 minutes. The average time of post surgery hospitalization was 4.3 days. No significant complication was found. Conclusions: Laparoscopoic enulation on uterine myoma has some clinical value. It is good choice for yong women to preserve their uterus.
