留针时间规律及与针刺疗效关系探讨

留针是针刺治疗的一个重要环节，意在候气、补泻和巩固疗效。留针时间原则上应根据病证、针刺经脉腧穴、患者体质、病程长短及治疗季节等的不同而定。分析有关文献认为，留针时间古今变化较大，临床存在很大随意性；针刺疗效与留针时间密切相关，研究针刺时效关系，寻找不同状况下最佳留针时间，对于提高针刺疗效具有重要意义。

Study on the Relationship of the Time of Needle Retaining and the Effect

Needle retaining is important in acupuncture.It aims for waiting for qi,invigorating,purging and reinforcing the therapy effect.The time of needle retaining is determined by the disease,the channels and acupoints,constitution of the patients,course of disease and the seasons.It was showed that the time of needle retaining changed from ancient to nowadays.It was correlated with the effect of acupuncture closely.It is important to study the relationship between the time and effect and to find a most curable time of needle retaining for different disease.
