| 摘 要： | 目的：ＩＫｅｄａ－ｓｏｐｅｒ手术治疗先天性巨结肠的优越性。方法：采用ＩＫｅｄａ－ｓｏｐｅｒ方法治疗无天性巨结肠病人５例。结果：该术式治疗结果优良,无术后并发症（如：盲袋综合征、闸门综合征等）。结论：ＩＫｅｄａ－ｓｏｐｅｒ手术治疗先天性巨结肠手术效果好,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Hirschsprung's disease is acommon congenital deformity.There are different operations for this disease.ObjectiveTounderstand the advantages of Ikeda-soper operation.MethodsFive patients were treated forHirschsprung's disease whit Ikeda-soper operation.ResultsAll 5 cases had good operativeresults without any surgical complication.ConclusionIkeda-soper operation is one of thebest choice of operation for Hirschsprung's disease and is worth wide application. |
