| 摘 要： | Skp2-p27kip1通路在调控细胞周期由G1~S期中具有十分重要的作用。本文综述了近五年来对Skp2与p27kip1基因的结构与功能,二者编码的蛋白在组织中表达的关系,Skp2基因所编码蛋白的生物学特征以及其与肿瘤分级、分期、预后、治疗之间的关系等方面的研究,并展望了其应用前景。

| Abstract: | The pathway of Skp2(S-phase kinase associated protein 2)-p27~(kip1) plays an important role from G_1 phase to S phase during one cell cycle.Here is the review of the recent five years′ research of Skp2 and p27~(kip1),which includes the two genes′ structure and function,the expression relationship of their encoded protein,the biologic character of the protein encoded by Skp2 and the relationship between Skp2 and some tumors′ pathological grades,clinical stages,prognosis and gene therapy.At last we look ahead to their application in future. |
