| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨在非注意和注意条件下事件相关电位听觉P300的特点。方法应用美国Nicolet Viking Quest诱发电位仪对44例正常健康人进行事件相关电位听觉P300实验研究，比较在非注意和注意条件下P300的特征。结果事件相关电位听觉P300出现率在注意条件下为100％，在非注意条件下为出现率为79．55％，两者差异有显著性（P＜0.01）在非注意条件下出现P300与未出现者在注意条件下相比较，其P300/N2波潜伏期更长，波幅更低（P＜0．05）；同一受试者分别在非注意和注意条件下的事件相关电位听觉P300各指标比较，发现靶刺激中P2波潜伏期、N2波潜伏期和波幅、P3波潜伏期和波幅均有显著性改变（P＜0.05）；非靶刺激中N1波潜伏期和P2波波幅差异有显著性（P＜0.01）。结论非注意与注意条件下的事件相关电位P300有其不同的心理表达内容，值得进一步关注。
