神经导航在颅底显微解剖学研究中的应用

摘    要:目的 将神经导航测量理念融入颅底解剖学研究中,探讨神经导航在颅底结构测量中应用的可行性。方法 应用神经导航定量测量国人成人尸头颅底结构与Willis环相关的血管的距离,然后再使用直脚规、游标卡尺进行复核,将得出的数据进行比较和统计分析。结果 导航系统的实时定位功能非常好,误差较小,在测量过程中具有良好的持续准确性,颅内的测量结果可靠。结论 神经导航应用于颅脑解剖研究,特别是在颅底定量测量中,优势明显。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility of neuronavigation in study of the skull base anatomy so as to discuss the application of neuronavigation on microanatomy measurement.Methods After craniotomy were performed on formalin-fixed and dye-injected cadaveric head specimens,the distance of strcture of skull base and the circle of Willis under the operative microscope were measured and recorded using the neuronavigation.The accuracy of neuronavigation was compared with the traditional measurement using compasses,vernier caliper.Results Neuronavigation can offer accurate location with high precision and stability.The intracranial measurement data is highly realiable.Conclusions Application of neuronavigation is very beneficial to the study on microanatomy of skull base,specially in intracranial measurement.
