腰椎间盘突出症 CT 与 MRI 影像对比分析

摘    要:目的对比分析腰椎间盘突出患者的CT与MRI影像的特点以及诊断价值。方法选取2005年12月-2010年3月期间收治患者105例,全部被确诊为腰椎间盘突出,对这些患者的资料进行回顾性分析,使用的检查手段均是cT和MRI影像,对检查结果进行分析.比较二者之间的不同。结果使用MRI影像检查时,有101例患者的检查结果准确,准确率高达96.1%;使用CT检查时,有95例患者的检查结果准确,准确率为90.48%,二者之间虽然有差异,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。使用MRI影像检查时,表现主要是病变髓核低信号以及髓核异位,使用CT检查时,主要的表现是髓核的边缘模糊,髓核突出、异位以及锐角征等。结论无论是使用MRI还是使用CT技术,在诊断腰椎间盘突出时,诊断价值都比较高,在临床上可以将这两种方面结合起来,这样可以提高诊断的准确率。

Abstract:Objective To observe, analyze and compare the characteristics of CT and MRI images in patients with lumbar disc herniation and the diagnostic value. Methods 105 cases of patients diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation were selected. The earliest visiting time of the patients was in December, 2005, and the latest was in March, 2010. The clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients underwent both CT and MRI. The detection results was analyzed and compared between the two methods. Results By MRI, the detection results of 101 cases of patients are accurate; the accuracy rate is as high as 96.1%; by CT examination, the detection results of 95 cases are accurate, the accuracy rate is 90.48%, the difference between them is not statistically significant, P〉0.05. MRI images mainly show lesion of nucleus pulposus low signal and nucleus pulposus ectopic, CT images mainly show nucleus pulposus fuzzy edge, herniation of the nucleus pulposus, dystopy, acute syndrome and so on. Conclusion Both MRI and CT technology have high value in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation. In clinical practice these two methods can be used together so as to improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis.
