踝关节骨折手术治疗方案的选择与疗效分析

目的探讨踝关节骨折手术治疗方案的选择并对手术疗效进行分析。方法选取我院2010年6月一2013年5月收治的踝关节骨折患者56例，根据患者骨折类型和临床症状选择合适的手术方式进行治疗，患者术前和术后均进行Kofeod踝关节评分和美国足踝外科协会（AOFAS）踝与后足评分，通过随访对患者术前和术后的评分结果来对手术疗效进行评估。结果56例踝关节骨折患者均获得随访，时间4个月～4年，平均（25．7±12．7）个月。术后56例患者最后一次随访Kofeod踝关节评分平均为（89．2±5．4）分，与术前的（56．4±7．8）分相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。AOFAS踝与后足评分平均为（88．7±6．2）分，与术前的（63．4±9．1）分相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于不同骨折类型的患者选取不同的手术治疗方式，疗效显著，在踝关节骨折的临床治疗上有一定的参考价值。

Surgical Treatment Options and Efficacy analysis of Ankle Fracture

Objective To explore the suitable surgical treatment of ankle fractures and analysis the effect of the surgery. Methods Take 56 cases with ankle fractures in our hospital from September 2010. Choose appropriate surgical approach to treat the patients according to the type of fracture and clinical symptoms, patients underwent preoperative and postoperative ankle Kofeod score and U.S. foot and ankle surgery Society （AOFAS） ankle and hindfoot score, to assess the effect of surgery by comparing preoperative and postoperative score. Results 56 cases were followed up for 4 months to 4 years, the average （25.7±12.7） months. Kofeod ankle score for last follow-up after surgery was （89.2±5.4） minutes, and compare to （56.4±7.8） points for preoperative, the difference was statistically significant （t〈0.05）. AOFAS ankle and hindfoot score was （88.7±6.2） minutes, and compare to （63.4±9.1） points for preoperative, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Select different way of surgical treatment for patients with different types of fractures, have a significant effect on the clinical treatment of ankle fractures, and have a certain reference value.
