微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的临床疗效观察

目的观察分析在口腔正畸治疗中应用微型种植体支抗的临床疗效。方法从2011年1月至2013年1月前来我院接受口腔正畸治疗的患者中选取116例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组在正畸治疗中应用微型种植体支抗,对照组应用传统正畸支抗,对比观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者上中切牙唇倾度、凸距减少量明显较对照组为多,上颌第一磨牙的前移量则显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体操作方便简单、稳定性佳,且能够提供良好正畸支抗作用,在口腔正畸治疗中具有更为理想的临床应用效果及意义。

Clinical Efficacy of Micro-implant Anchorage in Orthodontic Treatment

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the application of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods From January 2011-January 2013 I came to the hospital to receive orthodontic treatment of patients selected for the study 116 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group micro planted in orthodontic treatment body anchorage, the control group received conventional orthodontic anchorage, comparative clinical efficacy were observed in patients. Results Incisor inclination on the lips of patients in the observation group, significantly reducing the amount of projection distance than the control group for many, the amount of the maxillary first molar forward significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The easy micro implant simple, good stability, and can provide good orthodontic anchorage effect, the effect and significance of clinical application more desirable in orthodontic treatment.
