摘    要:目的:探讨以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)在大专内科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法:将我校2011级大专护理8、9、10班181名学生随机分为试验组91名和对照组90名,试验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统讲授教学法,并对教学效果进行对比。结果:试验组在理论考试以及护理病历书写方面明显优于对照组(P0.05)。问卷调查中部分项目,如激发学习兴趣、提高临床护理问题的处理、提高语言表达能力等试验组明显优于对照组(P0.05),但在提高护理临床操作等项目上两者无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:PBL教学法在大专内科护理学教学中值得推广,但应加强其对操作技能的培养以及完善教学效果的评估。

Application of PBL teaching method in medical nursing course

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of PBL method in medical nursing. Methods: 181 students were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the experimental group received PBL method,while the control group used LBL method. The teaching effect by the theory test scores and questionnaire was evaluated. Results: In the theory test and the nursing record writing,the experimental group significantly better than the control group. Part items such as stimulate interest in learning,improve the clinical nursing problems,improve the ability of language expression,the experimental group better than the control group( P〈0. 05),but no significant difference was found in clinical nursing skills projects( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: PBL method in medical nursing course is worth popularizing.
