纤维支气管镜针吸术对肺癌的诊断价值

目的 观察经纤维支气管镜针吸术对肺癌的诊断价值。方法 对２２例肺癌患者采用经纤维支气管镜吸活检，刷检，钳夹活检进行分析。结果 针吸活检，刷检，钳夹活检阳性率分别为７２．７２％，６８．１８％，６３．６３％，针吸活检结合刷检阳性率８６．３６％，针吸活检结合刷检较单纯钳夹活检对诊断肺癌的阳性率存在显著性差异，结论经纤维支气管镜针吸活检结合刷检方法简单，安全，并发症少，在不易钳夹活检的肺癌诊断上有一定价值

The evaluation of diagnostic value of aspiration biopsy through bronchoscope in patients with lung cancer

Objectives investigate the diagnostic value of aspiration biopsy through bronchoscope in patients with lung cancer.Methods Twenty-two patients with primary lung cancer went the study of comparison of aspiration,brush and clamp biopsies.Result The positive rates of aspiration,brush and clamp biopsies were 72.72,68.18 and 63.63% respectively.The positive rate of aspiration biopsy in combination with brush biopsy was 86.36%.There was asignificant difference between the positive rates of the aspiration biopsy in combination with brush and clamp biopsy alone in diagnosis of lung cancer.Conclusions The technique of aspiration biopsy through bronchoscope in combination with brush biopsy was simple,safe and of few complications.And it was of the diagnostic value in patients with lung cancer not convenient for clamp biopsy.
