小儿食道异物取出术的选择

目的 探讨小儿食异物采取不同取出术的适应证及优点性。方法 对２６例１４岁以下小儿食道异物采取不同取出术进行治疗。结果 直接喉镜下取出异物５例；纤维胃镜下取出的２例，送入胃内随大便排出１例；食道镜下取出异物１７例；颈侧食道切开取出异物１例。结论 根据小儿不同食道异物的特点，选择合适的取出术，可获得良好的治疗效果。

Choices of extracting esophageal foreign bodies in children

Objectives To study the advantage and the indication of different methods of extraction of esophageal foreign bodies in children.Methods 26 children under 14 years old who suffered from esophageal foreign bodies were treated by different methods of operation.Results The foreign bodies were successfully removed,in 5 cases by operation under direct laryngoscope,in 3 cases under fiberoptic gastroscope,in 17 casesunder esophagoscope,in one case by operation of esophageal incision,without any serious complicatio.Conclusions It is important for getting high quality treatment that proper methods of operation are chosen according to different esophageal foreign bodies in children.
