| 摘 要： | 目的：建立烫伤合剂无菌检查方法。方法：采用离心加薄膜过滤法,并根据《中国药典》（2005年版一部）进行验证。结果：经试验各试验菌能够正常生长。结论：烫伤合剂的无菌检查可使用离心加薄膜过滤法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method of sterility test for Tangshang Mixture.Methods：Centrifugation and film filtration method was used and verified on the basis of CP2005.Results：After test,each experimental microorganism can normally grow up.Conclusion：The sterility test for Tangshang Mixture can adopt centrifugation and film filtration method. |
