| 摘 要： | 目的评价硫普罗宁对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的两种治疗方案的药物经济学效果。方法将90例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者均分为两组,分别应用硫普罗宁序贯疗法(治疗组)和单纯注射硫普罗宁(对照组)治疗,观察疗效和不良反应,并运用药物经济学方法分析其成本-效果。结果两种治疗方案的有效率和不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组与对照组的成本分别为1183.50和1998.00元;成本-效果比分别为13.66和23.66。结论硫普罗宁序贯疗法是治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的较佳方案。
