脓毒症患者心肌能量代谢的研究现状

摘    要:心肌能量代谢障碍是导致脓毒症患者心脏功能衰竭的重要影响因素,改善患者心肌能量代谢是治疗脓毒症患者心肌损伤和改善预后的重要途径。目前心肌能量代谢障碍机制仍不明了。在正常情况下,线粒体是心肌能量代谢的重要场所,心肌主要是由脂肪酸和葡萄糖氧化代谢转换成的三磷酸腺苷为心脏提供能量。现从线粒体功能损伤、脂肪酸氧化代谢紊乱、糖代谢异常等与脓毒症心肌能量代谢障碍相关性方面的研究现状予以综述。
