| 摘 要： | QT间期是指QRS波群起点至T波终点的时间间隔,即心室除极开始至心室复极结束的时间,亦称为心室的电收缩时间。在病理情况下,电收缩常较机械性收缩更早地出现变化。QT间期延长可致尖端扭转型室速,致死率高,故QT间期的变化受到医师、制药商等多方关注。现对导致QT间期延长的原因、QT间期的测量及相关治疗等方面进行综述。

| Abstract: | QT interval is the interval from the starting point of QRS wave group to the end of the T wave,that is the beginning of ventricular depolarization to the end of ventricular repolarization,which is also called ventricular electrical systolic time.In pathological cases,electrical shrinkage often changes earlier than the mechanical shrinkage.QT interval prolongation may lead to torsades de pointes,which have high death rate.Therefore,analysis of the change of QT interval in recent years is concerned by doctors... |
