摘    要:目的分析三水地区上尿路结石的主要化学成分和成石因素代谢特点并探讨其原因与防治方法。方法分析我院623例上尿路结石患者的结石化学成分,同时进行尿分析,并探讨代谢异常与结石成分的关系。结果 623例上尿路结石中,含钙结石545例,绝大多数为混合成分497例(91.2%)。含草酸钙的545例(87.5%),磷酸钙446例(71.2%)。纯尿酸21例(3.4%),磷酸镁铵47例(7.5%),胱氨酸4例(0.06%)。本组研究120例各种类型结石中,均发现了代谢异常,部分结石患者可以合并多种代谢异常。结论三水地区上尿路结石绝大数为混合成分的草酸钙结石,单一成分少见。结石成分分析对于了解结石成因、预防结石复发具有一定的意义。
