YC-1抗肝癌作用机制的研究进展

摘    要:3-(5'-羟甲基-2'-呋喃基)-1-苯甲基吲唑(YC-1)是一种人工合成的化合物,近年来其抗癌作用逐渐被人们认识和研究,如抑制低氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)、细胞周期阻滞、诱导细胞凋亡、抗血管生成和抗炎性反应等。YC-1通过HIF-1和血管内皮细胞生长因子介导的抗肝癌作用已成为近年来的研究重点。通过对YC-1多种抗肝癌机制的研究,旨在进一步明确YC-1在肝癌发生、发展中的作用,为肝癌的治疗提供新的途径。现就YC-1在抗肝癌方面的作用机制予以综述。

Abstract:3-(5′-Hydroxymethyl-2′-furyl)-1-benzyl Indazole(YC-1)is an artificial complex,the role of which is studied and recognized gradually in recent years,such as inhibiting hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1),inhibition of cell cycle,inducing apoptosis,anti-angiogenesis,anti-inflammatory and so on.The anti-hepatoma mechanism of YC-1 through HIF-1 and vascular endothelial growth factor mediation has been a research focus in recent years.The aim of the studies on anti-hepatoma mechanisms of YC-1 is to identify the role of YC-1 in genesis and development of hepatocellular carcinoma further and find a new treatment.Here is to review the anti-hepatoma mechanisms of YC-1.
