| 摘 要： | 目的分析医院口服抗高血压药临床应用现状及趋势,以促进该类药物合理应用。方法对2007年至2009年医院住院患者抗高血压药的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计、分析。结果钙通道阻滞剂和血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂的用药频度和销售金额3年均居前2位,用药趋向长效制剂。结论抗高血压药的使用逐年增多,而且逐渐选用新型抗高血压药物。钙通道阻滞剂和血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂类仍为主要使用药物,血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂用量增长较快。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the status and developing tendency of the use of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital during the period 2007 —2009.Metho ds The use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital was statistically analyzed in terms of drug varieties,consumption sum and DDDs.Results The consumption sum and DDDs of calcium-channel blockers（CCB） and angiotensin converting enzyme inh ibitors（ACEI） dominated the top 2 places during three years.The tendency of used oral antihypertensive drugs was long acting preparation.Conclusion The use of a ntihypertensive drugs increases year after year,moreover using new patter antih ypertensive drugs gradually.CCB and ACEI are the major antihypertensive drugs us ed in our hospital,the use of angiotensin Ⅱreceptor blockers is increased quick ly. |
