| 摘 要： | 目前结直肠癌死亡率(7.25/10万)列我国恶性肿瘤第5位,且逐年递增。放疗已成结直肠癌的常规疗法,但组织所能接受的照射量极限限制其效果和应用。术中放疗可部分甚至完全避开对照射量敏感的组织,故可增加对局部肿瘤床有效照射剂量而不对正常组织造成明显损伤。一般一次18～20 Gy的术中放疗同50 Gy外照射放疗效果相当,但并发症发生率却较低。现就术中放疗在结直肠癌治疗中的应用现状作一总结。

| Abstract: | Colorectal cancer ranks the fifth among malignant cancers by mortality(7.25/100 thousand)in China with a yearly up trend.Radiotherapy has integrated into the regular treatment procedures of colorectal cancer;however the existence of the dose-limiting sensitive structures significantly limits the outcome and application of radiotherapy.Intraoperative radiation therapy(IORT)excludes part or all dose-limiting sensitive structures,thereby increasing the effective dose without obvious harm on normal tissue.It is... |
