| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三磷酸胞苷二钠和高压氧联合治疗老年期痴呆的临床疗效。方法将57例老年期痴呆患者随机分为三磷酸胞苷二钠组、高压氧组、联合治疗组,比较治疗前后各组患者的简明精神状态量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果治疗后三磷酸胞苷二钠组、高压氧组、联合治疗组MMSE和ADL评分均有显著改善(P<0.05);联合治疗组疗效优于三磷酸胞苷二钠和高压氧组。结论三磷酸胞苷二钠联合高压氧可明显改善老年期痴呆患者的临床症状。
