上皮紧密连接与炎性肠病的研究进展

炎症性肠病(IBD)主要是一组反复发作的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,包括克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎。IBD发病时,肠黏膜屏障功能异常,抗原移位刺激免疫细胞,产生大量炎性细胞因子及介质,炎性分子破坏紧密连接,加剧损伤肠黏膜屏障功能。通过保护肠上皮细胞骨架、修复上皮细胞及细胞间紧密连接能改善肠上皮屏障功能,这也是当前临床治疗IBD的新策略和新思路。

Research Advance in Epithelial Tight Junctions and Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Crohn′s disease and ulcerative colitis,collectively inflammatory bowel disease（IBD）,affect many people in China,however,the exact cause of IBD remains unknown.Many researches show that an intact monolayer of intestinal epithelial cells protects the body from pathogens and other toxic substances.IBD patients demonstrate a loss of tight junction barrier function,increased inflammatory cytokine production,and immune dysregulation.The relationship between these events is incompletely understood.However,therapies targeted to specifically restore the barrier function may provide an alternative or supplement to immunologic-based therapies.
